Deliveries & Returns
FREE UK DELIVERY: Orders over £40 will be delivered FREE OF CHARGE to any address in the UK (only) by First Class post. (Orders over 1kg may be sent by courier.) Allow 3 to 5 working days from the date of our Dispatch Confirmation email. (PLEASE NOTE: this offer does not apply to Premium Delivery orders.)
UK STANDARD DELIVERY - £4.95

UK PREMIUM DELIVERY - £6.95
More urgent deliveries for addresses in the UK (up to 2kg) can be sent by Royal Mail Tracked delivery. Our charge: £6.95. You will receive a tracking number by email. If your order is received before 1pm on a weekday allow 1 to 2 working days from date of Dispatch Confirmation email (but this is not guaranteed). A signature will be required on delivery so if no-one is at the delivery address when the postman calls, the parcel will be returned to the local sorting office where it will be held for two weeks. (PLEASE NOTE: Free delivery offer not available for Premium Delivery service.)
EUROPEAN DELIVERY - £7.95
Deliveries within Europe will usually be sent by Airmail (orders over 1kg may be sent by courier). Our charge: £7.95. Allow 7 to 10 days from date of Dispatch Confirmation email.
REST OF THE WORLD - £9.95
Deliveries to non-European countries will usually be sent by Airmail (orders over 1kg may be sent by courier). Our charge: £9.95. Allow 10 to 15 days from date of Dispatch Confirmation email.
NOTE 1: The above charges do not include any import duties or local taxes that may be payable in the delivery area, which will be the responsibility of the recipient.
NOTE 2: The above charges do include packing and packaging materials, in addition to the cost of postage (or courier delivery). To help reduce costs and environmental impact we may sometimes use recycled packaging materials. This in no way reflects the quality of our products.
At Juniper & Blue we want you to be happy with our products, so that you will want to shop with us again (and recommend us to your friends and family!) In the unlikely event that you are not absolutely delighted with your order, here is what you can do.
If we have sent you an incorrect item please notify us by emailing: email@example.com as soon as possible. Please then return the item to us, unused and in perfect condition, and specify the correct details in writing. (See 'To return an item' below.) If you would like us to replace the incorrect item with the correct one let us know and we will send you the replacement as soon as we can. We will refund you for the incorrect item (by credit to the debit or credit card with which you purchased it) and will reimburse your reasonable costs in returning it, provided you have notified us in advance.
Faulty or damaged items
All orders are carefully packed on our premises. If any item is damaged in transit, or faulty in some way, please notify us by emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org within fourteen days of delivery and return the item to us. (See 'To return an item' below.) We will be pleased to replace it and will refund the reasonable costs incurred by you in returning it to us, provided you have notified us in advance. However, if we are not at fault and you are unhappy with the item for any other reason, delivery costs will be your responsibility.
Cancellation of order (UK and Europe)
Under the European Distance Selling Regulations, customers located within the European Union have the right to cancel a contract for the purchase of goods at any time from the placing of the order up to the expiry of fourteen days after delivery. (This does not apply to foodstuffs, beverages or items made especially to the customer’s order.) To cancel a contract, you need to notify us in writing and, if your order has been delivered, return it to us (unused and in perfect condition) so that we receive it back within fourteen days. (A Cancellation Form will normally be enclosed with your order for your use, but if not we can email one to you on request. Alternatively, just enclose a letter with the returned item stating 'Contract Cancellation' as the reason for the return.
To return an item
If you wish to return an item, please repack it securely (in the original packaging), together with the receipted invoice, and return it to the address below, stating the reason for the return and whether you want a refund or a replacement. Please note that, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, you must arrange and pay for the return yourself.
